Dr Levinson is currently accepting new patients on all insurance programs that he participates. Levinson Dental participates with the following dental insurance companies. We may not accept every plan an insurance company offers. Please call our office to confirm that your plan is accepted. If your plan is not listed, call the office as we are adding companies continually.
ALL SENIORS ON MEDICARE A & B RECEIVE A 15% DISCOUNT ON ALL DENTISTRY. (Levinson Dental does not participate in any Medicare HMOs and does not accept these plans. Seniors participating in Medicare HMOs may avail themselves of the standard 15% discount - however insurance would not be involved. You must be 65 to receive a Senior discount.) |
